There will be no returns on any of the products that has been OPENED or UNSEALED.
Returns will not be accepted if items are:
- Opened or used
- Hygienic items
- Missing their serial number/s
- Special orders (returned at our discretion)
- Returned without notification
- Returned more than 7 days after delivery
Items should be in their original packaging with corresponding serial number/s.
Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
1. For within Metro Manila via couriers Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, etc.
2. For outside Metro Manila via LBC, JRS or J&T.You will be asked to select a shipping option that has it's coresponding cost. P200 for within Metro Manila. P400 for outside Metro Manila.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched after 2 working days from the time of placing the order. This is subject to stock and rider (courier) availability at the time of delivery.
Delivery Address
Please note that some addresses require you to personally pick up your item at the nearest courier branch. Kindly check with your local courier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a link (for Lalamove, Grab, etc.) or a waybill number (LBC, J&T, etc.) with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
